All billing issues are directed to our customer service department who will put you in contact with your account representative to research your billing issues.
Surgery/Procedure Scheduling

Your surgery or procedure will be scheduled through our patient coordinators. To ensure proper care, it is strongly recommended that you schedule your first post operative appointment at the same time that you schedule your surgery or procedure.

Please call the office at least one week prior to your needed appointment date. If you need to cancel / reschedule an appointment, kindly give our offices
24 hours notice. If our office needs to contact you for any reason regarding your appointment, we will attempt to contact you three (3) times. If we are unable to reach you in three (3) attempts, a letter will be sent to you regarding your appointment.
Check-in/Registration
If you are a new patient or your insurance information has elapsed, please arrive to your appointment approximately 15 minutes early for registration. Or download, print and complete the Registration form and bring to your appointment.
Insurance
DuPage Medical Group is contracted with most major insurance companies; however, it is the patient's responsibility to make sure that our doctors are in your network.
Test Results
Test results will be given at your first post-operative or follow up appointment. If you have not scheduled your first post-operative or follow-up appointment, please call our office. Please understand that test results cannot be returned on the weekends.

Messages
During business hours, all phone messages are relayed to your doctor's assistant. Depending on your issue, we will try to return calls on the same day. However, at times, returned calls may be made the next business day. Be sure to leave phone numbers and times we can use to return your call in a timely manner.
If you have an urgent matter outside of business hours, you may call our operator at 630 469 9200.
If your issue is life threatening, please call 911.
Referrals
Your insurance will dictate the need for a referral to see one of our physicians. If you are not sure if you need a referral, please contact your insurance company.
If you were referred to our physicians by another DuPage Medical Group physician, please wait
3 business days to schedule your appointment.
A referral coordinator will enter your authorization numbers in the DuPage Medical Group computer system.

Form Completion
Dictated letters, disability forms, parking permits and copies of chart records typically require 1-2 weeks for processing. Fees will apply and must be paid upon request or when copies are picked-up.
