Dr. Costabile, a board certified Family Medicine physician, earned his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a Family Medicine residency at MacNeal Hospital. Dr. Costabile entered private practice in 1987. He is a faculty member of Rush University, University of Illinois, Midwestern University and Benedictine University.
Dr. Costabile special interests include pediatrics, gynecology, cardiovascular and preventative procedures as well as teaching undergraduate medical students. He is affiliated with Edward and Good Samaritan Hospitals.
