Stephen Pierson, M.D.

As a member of our Wheaton Internal Medicine Department, Dr. Pierson specializes in caring for adults. Dr. Pierson joined our Clinic on July 15, 1985. He has particular interest in allergies, asthma, cholesterol, depression, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, heartburn, hormone replacement therapy, hypertension, cholesterol abnormalities, heart and circulatory diseases, migraine headaches and osteoporosis. Dr. Pierson received his medical degree in 1982 from the University Health Sciences Chicago Medical School. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. Dr. Pierson is affiliated with Central DuPage Hospital.

Dr. Pierson involves patients in their healthcare through education, involvement in decision making and practicing preventive care in a holistic approach. Dr. Pierson and his wife are raising three boys. He enjoys bicycling, basketball, tennis and golf, also, movies, theater and reading.
