Sue Miller PT has been a member of our Physical and Occupational Therapy team since 2004. She is a 1993 graduate from Northern Illinois University. Additionally, she holds a Masters degree in Athletic Training and Sports Science from the University of Illinois. Sue has held positions of Athletic Trainer for both Northern Illinois University and U of I-Champaign Urbana.
From “weekend warriors” to competitive team sports, Sue is experienced in the treatment of all types of athletic injuries ranging from sprains and strains to post-surgical joint reconstruction. Her treatment approach includes manual joint mobilization, neural tension techniques, and Graston Technique (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization). She stresses the importance of therapeutic exercise and patient education to achieve full recovery and prevent re-injury.
Sue is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Always in pursuit of excellence Sue serves as the Quality Coordinator for the DuPage Medical Group Physical & Occupational Therapy Practice.
