Juliet Fallah, M.D.

Juliet was born in Bangkok, Thailand and then grew up in San Antonio, TX before going to a performing arts high school in Houston. She earned a degree in theatre at Northwestern University, before going to medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She completed her medical internship at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, and stayed at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Barnes-Jewish Hospital for residency and fellowship in chest imaging. Her fellowship training was in the thoracic imaging department, where her focus was on PET/CT and CT angiography.

After moving back to Chicago, she worked for four years at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, developing their PET/CT program as well as their CT angiography program. She then joined DuPage Medical Group (DMG), where she has spearheaded the PET/CT program and further developed CT angiography. As the radiation safety officer of the group, she developed DMG’s policies to minimize and keep track of patients’ exposure to radiation from imaging procedures. Currently, she is excited to be a part of the new cancer program that DMG is building in partnership with Rush University.

Juliet loves to read and travel. Her favorite place to visit keeps changing as she visits new and exciting places. She has two wonderful children, a son (8) and a daughter (6) and her husband is also a physician with DMG.
