A member of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Hsu brings experience as a practitioner and researcher in both the diagnosis of medical disorders and surgical treatment. Dr. Hsu has served as instructor for medical training programs and has published and presented papers on his clinical and scientific research, including chronic otitis media and developmental ear anatomy and function.
Dr. Hsu earned his medical degree in 1993 from Northwestern University. While Dr. Hsu was completing his residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, he was honored with the Resident Teaching award. He also earned a Master's of Science degree in Otolaryngology at the University of Minnesota. After completing his training, he practiced for several years in the Boston area where he was affiliated with the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary. His clinical interests include otology, hearing and balance disorders, sinus disease, and head & neck surgery.
Dr. Hsu is a Diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is affiliated with Central DuPage, Edward and Good Samaritan Hospitals.
