Camille Vondruska, P.T has been with DuPage Medical Group since 1997. She is a 1995 graduate of Northwestern University with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy and also holds a BS in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College.
Camille is experienced in treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions including acute and chronic back pain, ankle, knee, and shoulder injuries, and Total Joint Replacements. As a former Irish Dancer, Camille has a unique appreciation for the physical demands of athletes and dancers and uses this experience when designing her rehabilitation programs. She stays current on the latest research and treatment techniques through regular participation in professional education seminars such McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment and Functional Rehabilitation seminars (Gary Gray).
In addition to general orthopedics and sports medicine, Camille has specialty training and experience in the management of patients with Lymphedema, which is a condition of localized fluid retention and tissue swelling caused by an injured lymphatic system as a result of surgery or radiation therapy. Camille has been treating Lymphedema patients for over 12 years.
She possesses a very positive attitude and is extremely effective in motivating her patients in their recovery.
