After Hours Care

If you require care in the evening or on the weekend, we have After Hours Care conveniently located in Lombard and Naperville. Call 1-888-MY DMG DR (1-888-693-6437) to schedule an after hours care appointment or walk in for an appointment with one of our primary care physicians at our Lombard or Naperville After Hours Care location during the hours listed below.

This program allows patients, 14 and over, access to a primary care physician during weeknights and weekends at a cost that’s similar to a regular office visit*. You can call or just walk in for an appointment with one of our physicians and receive the care you need today. During the months of November through March, we also offer Pediatric (patients under age 14) After Hours Care on Friday, Saturday, and Sundays.

After Hours Care:

Monday through Friday - 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday - 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Sunday - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Holiday Hours – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Pediatric After Hours Care are offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (November – March) at the above times.
