Same Day Appointment

You can call your DMG primary care physician to schedule a same day appointment.  If they no longer have a same day appointment available, you can call 1 888 MY DMG DR (1 888 693 6437) to schedule an appointment with another DMG primary care physician or schedule an appointment after normal business hours.

After Hours Care

After Hours Care is located in Glen Ellyn on Pennsylvania Ave., Lombard on Highland Ave., and in Naperville on RollingRidge Road.  Available by appointment or on a walk in basis, our after hours care is easy and at a cost that’s similar to a regular office visit.*  Call 1 888 MY DMG DR (1 888 693 6437) to schedule an appointment or walk in during the hours listed below.
