Hiring Process
Our hiring process is designed to consider every applicant based on his or her skills, experience and of course required licensure or certification if applicable. For this reason, it is critical that you complete our on line application thoroughly, providing us with pertinent and required information. You will have the option additionally to attach a resume, but we do require the on line application as well. Job descriptions, requirements and typically scheduling and location information is included in the job posting.
We are pleased that so many people are interested in becoming part of the DMG team! However, due to our high volume response we are not able to interview every candidate who applies for a position. We can assure you that every application is thoroughly reviewed by one of our highly experienced Human Resources representatives. Candidates who best meet our hiring needs for a particular position will be contacted for further information and/or an interview.
If after our thorough review process, our team does not see a match and you have not been contacted typically within a 30-day timeframe from submission of your application, you may assume you are not under consideration for the position for which you applied.
