How do I apply for a job at the DuPage Medical Group?

Every open position at DMG is posted on our website. Job descriptions and requirements can be viewed at www.dupagemedicalgroup.com- career opportunities. We no longer accept paper applications. In order to be considered a candidate for a position, you must apply to that opportunity on line. In addition to the required on line application, candidates do have the option to attach a resume, however, the completion of the application for employment is also a requirement. The employment application is our official” document, a resume alone is not. It provides us with more information about you allowing us to better evaluate your qualifications.

Please note the following:

FIRST TIME APPLICANTS:
Applicants should first register with the application system. Information needed to register includes: name, phone number, email address, password and address. Please keep your password as we will not be able to retrieve this personal information for you.
Once you are registered you may apply for any open position for which you are qualified.

RETURNING APPLICANTS:
Applicants who have previously registered with the application system can easily log in to the system to apply for new positions. Previously saved data will auto-populate in a new application.

CURRENT DMG EMPLOYEES (Internal Transfers)
Current DMG employees are also required to use the on line application system which will allow them to apply for an internal application. We do require an updated resume (through your current DMG role) to be included in the application process.

How will I know if DMG has received my application?

An email address is requested with your on line application. Once you have successfully submitted your application you will receive an electronic acknowledgement to the email address provided. Due to the heavy volume of incoming applications, it is impossible for our staff to accept phone calls to acknowledge receipt of your application. Applicants without a computer at home are encouraged to access their public libraries where computers with internet service are available.

Does DMG have a “generic” application?

No, we do not. An applicant must apply to a particular open, posted position that matches your qualifications. An application is then considered against the required skills, experience, certification, licensure and other posted requirements.

Can I call to check on the status of my application?

While we value your interest in working for DMG, we want to assure you that every application is reviewed by an experienced Human Resources representative and no follow up is necessary.

How soon could I expect to hear form someone regarding my application to DMG?

Those candidates who most closely match our hiring needs and requirements will be contacted by our Human Resources Department typically within a few weeks of sending their application. It is safe to assume that after 30 days with no further response beyond the email acknowledgement of your application, that you are no longer being considered for the opportunity.

I feel that I meet all of the qualifications of the position for which I have applied but have not been contacted for an interview. Please explain why I have not been selected?

Each application is thoroughly reviewed. Candidates whose experience, education and special skills/credentials, certifications and licensures are best matched for our hiring needs of an open position will be contacted for an interview.
